This site has no contact form, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising trackers of any kind — it's a static page with no server-side data collection. Yes, really; it's a design decision. The only personal information we receive is whatever you choose to send us yourself, by email or when you book a call — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and website URL.
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a website or marketing health check if you've asked for one, and to deliver services you've engaged us for. We'll only send marketing tips with your separate opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time — this is Spam Act 2003 compliant by design.
This site is static and hosted on Netlify; it doesn't operate a database of its own. Any email you send us is held in our email provider's systems, which may process data outside Australia (Australian Privacy Principle 8 note, Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)). We don't sell or share your personal information with anyone else.
Once you're a client, how we handle your business's data is governed by your service agreement (the Order & Scope document plus its Ownership Schedule). Where we manage advertising on your behalf, campaign measurement uses hashed identifiers only, sent via Google's own APIs — never your customers' raw personal details — and only for your own campaigns.
To access or correct the information we hold about you, or to raise a concern, email info@localcrft.com. If we can't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
